VITESSE

The model VITESSE is a new milestone from DAHMEN in quilting technology and machine design. One prototype already successfully runs for several months at one of our customers’ production sites. The invention of the VITESSE was preceded by two years of R&D work in which also our partner the technical college of Moenchengladbach participated. It is our new highlight in the field of quilting machines based on double lock-stitch.

·         Touchscreen WINDOWS-based interface

·         Compact and light-weight design with 30% increase in productivity

·         Long-life characteristics through introduction of high-end materials

·         Significant reduction in noise

·         Separation of the quilting unit and peripheral equipment and therefore significant   

     reduction of oscillations

·         Three independently controlled axes

·         User-friendly (all hoods can be removed without using any tools for instance)

·         Pneumatic fabric rolls with snap closing
