FASTTRONIC

Our model series FASTTRONIC comes with similar features to our QUILTTRONIC models. However, the introduction of special materials as well as a slightly modified motion-sequence results in a significantly higher productivity. Of course, the FASTTRONIC also offers an endless opportunity of quilting patterns including tag-and-jump patterns.

 
The FASTTRONIC combines the good traits of both quilting technologies – lock-stitch and chain-stitch. Even when quilting patterns are often changed the FASTTRONIC achieves similar productivity rates to the CHAINTRONIC. High flexibility combined with high quilting speed make that happen. The FASTTRONIC has proven to be a high-performance and high-speed production machine and therefore yields high productivity for our customers with low change-over times.

 
Of course DAHMEN’ standard equipment for this machine also entails a WINDOWS interface, remote diagnosis tools and online services via modem, multilingual menu navigation, thread monitor, three needle-bars etc. And the best: all of these features are almost maintenance free.
